报告人简介：Dr. Igor Smalikho, Russian atmospheric optical scientist, the leading research scientist of Institute of Atmospheric Optics (IAO) of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 2001 to 2008 he worked as a research scientist in the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Oberpfaffenhofen. His research areas include the methods of coherent Doppler lidar measurements of wind, atmospheric turbulence and aircraft wake vortices.
