报告人简介：Dr. Viktor Banakh , Russian atmospheric optical scientist, the head of the Wave Propagation Laboratory of Atmospheric Optics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His research areas include wind Doppler lidar, optical wave propagation in the atmosphere and atmospheric turbulence.  He is the author and co-author of more than one hundred and fifty scientific papers. His  scientific results are summarized in five monographs.
