国（境）外文教专家2016年度系列讲座六：美国Shakeel Kazmi教授系列讲座 一、报告人简介 Shakeel Kazmi教授是环境法专家，曾多次参加联合国气候变化大会，是巴基斯坦气候变化部高级顾问。现任纽约大学阿布扎比分校教授，佩斯大学大学法学院研究员，华北电力大学北京能源发展中心研究员。Shakeel教授有30余年的律师从业经历，积累了丰富的环境法、移民法实践经验。Shakeel教授在气候变化、可再生能源等领域发表了多篇论文及专著。
教育背景： 1977-1980 旁遮普大学法学院，法学学士 1993-1994 美国大学华盛顿法学院，国际商事交易，法学硕士 2007-2010 佩斯大学法学院，环境法，法学硕士 2009-2012 佩斯大学法学院 法学博士
